CRYSTAL WATER POOL SERVICES
A Subsidiary of Johnson Seasonal Services
ONE-TIME POOL CLEANING & CONSULTATION SERVICE DISCLOSURE
PURPOSE OF SERVICE
Crystal Water Pool Services offers One-Time Pool Cleaning and/or Consultation Services in 30-, 60-, and 90-minute increments. Depending on your pool's condition and your service needs, your appointment may consist of cleaning, consultation, inspection, troubleshooting, education, recommendations, or any combination thereof. Customers purchase technician time rather than a guaranteed scope of work or specific result.
AVAILABLE SERVICE OPTIONS
• 30-Minute Pool Cleaning and/or Consultation Service
• 60-Minute Pool Cleaning and/or Consultation Service
• 90-Minute Pool Cleaning and/or Consultation Service (Recommended)
Because every pool is different, Crystal Water Pool Services cannot guarantee which tasks will be completed during the selected service period.
HOW SERVICE TIME IS CALCULATED
The purchased service time begins when the technician arrives at the pool and remains continuous until the purchased time has expired. Time spent evaluating the pool, discussing concerns, inspecting equipment, answering questions, providing recommendations, performing cleaning, testing water, retrieving tools or chemicals, documenting findings, or completing paperwork all count toward the purchased service time.
Service time continues uninterrupted until the purchased service period expires.
The service timer does not stop for:
• Trips to and from the service vehicle
• Retrieving tools, equipment, or chemicals
• Water testing
• Equipment setup
• Customer conversations
• Questions and answers
• Inspection of pool conditions
• Documentation or photographs
• Equipment operation review
• Pool care consultation
• Any other activity performed during the scheduled appointment
Customers are purchasing technician time at the jobsite rather than a guaranteed list of completed tasks.
CONSULTATION SERVICES MAY INCLUDE
Depending on the customer's needs, consultation time may include:
• Evaluating overall pool condition
• Diagnosing operational concerns
• Inspecting equipment
• Water chemistry evaluation
• Opening or closing recommendations
• Green pool assessment
• Maintenance instruction
• Repair recommendations
• Equipment upgrade recommendations
• Service planning
• Written or verbal recommendations
• Preparing estimates for future work
WHEN TIME EXPIRES
At the conclusion of the purchased service period, the technician will end the appointment and leave the property.
The technician will not remain on-site beyond the purchased service period unless additional service time is approved, available, and separately billed.
The amount of cleaning completed during the appointment will vary based upon pool condition, customer requests, pool size, equipment configuration, debris levels, and time spent discussing pool-related questions.
PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT
Crystal Water Pool Services technicians will determine how the purchased time is best utilized based on the pool's condition, customer concerns, safety considerations, equipment functionality, and the likelihood of achieving meaningful progress during the appointment. The technician may allocate time between consultation, diagnostics, cleaning, testing, and customer education as they deem appropriate.
CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND POOL EDUCATION
Customers are welcome to ask questions and discuss pool care, water chemistry, equipment operation, maintenance practices, and pool-specific concerns during the appointment.
However, time spent answering questions is included within the purchased service period.
Customers who anticipate having extensive questions or who desire both cleaning services and pool education are strongly encouraged to select the 90-minute service option.
If cleaning tasks are completed before the purchased service period expires, any remaining time may be used for pool-specific consultation, maintenance recommendations, and customer education.
UNUSED TIME
One-Time Pool Cleaning Service is sold in fixed time increments of 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
Customers are purchasing a reserved block of technician time rather than a guaranteed list of completed tasks.
If cleaning tasks are completed before the purchased service period expires, the remaining time may be used for pool-related questions, equipment instruction, water chemistry discussion, maintenance recommendations, or other pool-specific consultation.
Unused time has no cash value and is non-refundable. Any unused portion of the purchased service period will be forfeited at the conclusion of the appointment and may not be credited, transferred, carried forward, refunded, or applied toward future services.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
One-Time Pool Cleaning and/or Consultation Services are scheduled based upon route efficiency, technician availability, weather conditions, travel times, and operational considerations.
Crystal Water Pool Services cannot guarantee a specific arrival time or appointment window unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Customers are not required to be present during service. If a customer chooses to be present, they acknowledge that arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather delays, earlier appointments, emergency service calls, or other circumstances beyond Crystal Water Pool Services' reasonable control.
Customers wishing to be present during service should plan accordingly and understand that exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are encouraged to communicate their preferred service priorities at the beginning of the appointment.
Examples may include:

While Crystal Water Pool Services will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer priorities, the technician reserves the right to determine the safest, most practical, and most efficient order in which tasks are performed.
Customer-requested priorities do not guarantee that all requested tasks will be completed within the purchased service period.
The amount of work completed will depend upon pool condition, customer requests, time limitations, site conditions, equipment configuration, and other factors observed during the appointment.

Consultation services are intended to provide professional evaluation and recommendations. The consultation itself does not guarantee that repairs, cleaning, or other issues will be resolved during the purchased appointment.
EQUIPMENT USED DURING SERVICE
To maximize the value of the customer's purchased cleaning time, Crystal Water Pool Services may use customer equipment, company equipment, or both, depending on which method the technician believes will most effectively improve the pool within the purchased time period.
METHODS OF SERVICE
Crystal Water Pool Services determines the cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment used during each service visit based upon the pool's current condition, equipment performance, water quality, safety considerations, service objectives, and the time allotted. Cleaning techniques, the sequence of work performed, and the equipment utilized may vary from visit to visit as conditions change. These determinations are made solely at the technician's professional discretion to provide the most effective service possible.
CHEMICALS AND MATERIALS
Chemicals, specialty treatments, replacement parts, equipment, disposal fees, and other materials are not included in the service price unless specifically stated in writing.
All chemicals and materials used during the appointment will be billed separately.
POOL CONDITION DISCLAIMER
The amount of improvement achieved during a One-Time Pool Cleaning Service depends upon the condition of the pool at the time of service.
Pools that are green, cloudy, discolored, foul-smelling, contaminated, algae-infested, neglected, or otherwise unsuitable for swimming may require Green-to-Clean Restoration Services rather than a One-Time Pool Cleaning Service.
Crystal Water Pool Services reserves the right to recommend alternative services if pool conditions warrant.
WEATHER, SAFETY, AND SCHEDULING CONTINGENCIES
Appointments may be postponed, delayed, shortened, suspended, or rescheduled due to weather conditions, lightning, storms, unsafe working conditions, site access limitations, or other circumstances beyond Crystal Water Pool Services' reasonable control.
SERVICE DOCUMENTATION
Crystal Water Pool Services reserves the right to photograph pool conditions, equipment, and work areas before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, insurance, warranty administration, and dispute resolution purposes.
