Both can provide programmable year-round lighting. The difference is primarily how the system is integrated with the property and how much flexibility you want for future adjustment, modification, or removal.

Important distinction InvisiLights are installed systems. They are different from JSS seasonal Christmas lighting, which follows a separate seasonal installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage program.

The goal is to integrate the lighting system as cleanly as the property allows while preserving the access, wiring, control equipment, and serviceability the installed system requires.

Lighting should complement the architecture — not compete with it.

During the design review, we consider rooflines, soffits, fascia, siding, mounting surfaces, controller placement, power access, wire routing, and the areas you want illuminated. The final daytime visibility of tracks, channels, wiring, fasteners, or other components depends on the selected system and the property itself.

Every property is different.

Some homes and buildings allow equipment to integrate very discreetly. Others require more visible mounting or routing because of structure, materials, access, or electrical conditions. We review those limitations before finalizing the installation plan whenever reasonably identifiable.
