No long-term storage included; this is strictly for same-day receiving and pickup.

How It Works

1. Sign Up — Choose a one-time fee ($25 per use) or monthly subscription ($94 for up to 5 uses; $163 for 6+ uses). Provide your business details for access.
2. Schedule — Coordinate with your carrier to deliver to our warehouse address during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM). You must be present for arrival to self-unload using our pallet jack.
3. Receive & Remove — Handle your shipment on-site; remove it same-day to avoid fees. (No storage included—dock use only.)
4. Optional Add-Ons — For extra convenience:
   • Unloading Assistance: $60 per shipment – our team unloads safely 
   • Same-Day Hold: $75 per shipment – we unload and hold indoors until end of business day (protects from weather; no extra storage fee if picked up same-day).
   • Customer Absence Surcharge: $50 if you're not present 
5. Late Pickup Policy — If not removed same-day: $100 daily storage fee per pallet (billed starting next business day). Pay fees in full to release shipment. After 10 calendar days unpaid/uncollected, contents forfeit to cover costs.
